Contact Refresh as soon as possible to explain what's happened. Floods take priority to other jobs. For electrical or structural hazards, keep clear and contact the appropriate emergency professionals.

Firstly, determine the material being cleaned [natural or synthetic fibre]. All areas are vacuumed, furniture moved, stains treated, areas pre-sprayed with biodegradable detergents, dwell time given to detergents, then hot water extraction is done [a PH adjuster will be added for natural fibres] to remove all soiling and detergents.
